He can't think of anything else to say, but he knows he can't say that. It's too much, when they'd clearly established before they first went to bed together that neither of them was looking for a long-term commitment.
So even though his heart is so full of this thought that's been building up for so long that he doesn't have room to fit anything else yet, all he can do is reach up and stroke Lighter's wolf ears with one hand, enjoy the kisses against his neck, and wonder if he'll ever be able to allow himself to say it at all.]
